Gage is such a funny kid. His new thing this week is if anyone comes over and gets their hair done he thinks that he needs to sit under the dryer. He puts the cap on his head all by himself and tries to turn the dryer on. It was so funny the first time he did it. He is so funny and he amazes me every day at the new things that he learns and the way that he is growing up so fast!!! We just love Gage to death and can't waite to see what he comes up with next.
Caden's birthday is January 1st and yes he is 5!!! I still can't believe it he is growing up so fast. He is really into transformers and loves anything to do with them. I hope that he had a very special day and we love him very much!!!
Every year we have a family party at my uncle Ted's house the day after Christmas. We eat pizza and exchange gifts. My uncle Ted is Santa Clause and passes out all of the gifts. This year Caden was his elf and handed him the presents. We love to get together with family and we always have a lot of fun.
Chirstmas Day is always a busy day for us. The boys opened their presents at about 7:45am and the boys loved all of their presents. I think that Gage was a little overwhelmed Caden had to finish unwrapping all of his. We got ready and went to my parents house and delivered their gifts. Then we headed to Shane's grandma Ann's for breakfast. Went up to Sandy in a blizzard to see his dad and then went back to his mom's for dinner. We have so much family that we love to see at Christmas and we still have some more stops to make but we love Christmas and we love our families. We had a great Christmas this year!!
Every year on Christmas Eve we go over to my aunt Cindy's house. We eat Arby's roast beef sandwiches and have our little nativity. This year Caden was a wise man, Gage wouldn't dress up, my brother Jesse was Joseph, Austin was baby Jesus, my aunt Tammy was Mary, Matthew was a wiseman, Zach was the shephard, Kayla and Cami were angels, Jinger and Morgan were the stable and Braden was the manger. After the nativity we play Christmas bingo and win candy bars. We always have a lot of fun. This year we came home and let the boys unwrap their new pj's and sent them to bed. They actually went to bed pretty easy I was really suprised.
We went to the Vought Christmas party at Hires. We had a lot of fun we ate pizza, made cute ornaments, played bingo and of course Santa came. All of the kids loved him. Gage even went up on his lap. We have a lot of party's in December but we love it and the kids had a blast.
